Pan Global Advisers Diversified Fund, LP

The last few years, equity markets have been very volatile. Valuations are very high and Interest rates are very low. These concerns have been expressed to us constantly from our clients. As a response to these concerns and requests, we launched Pan Global Advisers Diversified Fund, LP (a Fund-of- Funds).

The purpose of the fund is to provide low double digit returns that are stable and consistent. We are offering a compelling lower-cost alternative (lower cost than other fund of funds) through a multi-strategy portfolio of hedge funds, private credit and other alternative strategies (life settlements). We have selected managers that are institutional quality (the clients are university endowments, foundations, multi-billion dollar single-family offices, pensions, and sovereign wealth funds). In a period in which equity returns have been hitting all-time highs, this is a great alternative with strong downside protection than being in the equity market. This fund was created in an effort to mitigate those risks without sacrificing the potential for double digit returns and more important as a response to some of our clients who have been concerned about the current high valuations of the equity market. This portfolio is structured to generate absolute returns.
